ZM Error Code: 02

An “ERROR 02” code displayed on the LCD monitor indicates the interruption or intermittency of the braking signal. It occurs when there is a failure existing in the brake cutoff system.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to get your G-force ZM back to normal:

Step 1: Turn off the bike. Locate the brake cutoff connectors at the front. They are near the handlebar .

Step 2: Unplug the left and right brake cutoff connectors, then turn on the bike to see if the error message persists.

Note: Directly pull the ends of the brake cutoff connector instead of twisting.

Step 3: Follow the directed arrow on the sheaths to plug in one of the brake cutoff connectors. Reboot the bike to test out whether the left brake cutoff connector or the right one is broken.

Step 4: Position the brake cutoff connector, find the screws that fix it on the back of the brake lever, and loosen it with Allen key.

Step 5: After loosening the screw, pull the brake lines in the left and right directions, then turn on the bike to see if the error code persist (Note :the fault code will disappear only when it is pulled to the proper position.)
